If you’re still paying off your mortgage, no need to panic! Depending on your mortgage type, there are several options to explore. Just make sure to connect with your lender before diving in to see what makes the most sense for you.

2. Find Your Real Estate Superhero (Spoiler: That’s Me!)

This is where the magic happens—partnering with a real estate agent who truly gets you and your goals. Don’t just go with the agent who promises the highest price—find someone you trust, who knows how to price your home just right, and understands the local market like a pro. (Hint: it’s not just about picking a number—it’s about strategy!) Ask friends, family, or check local listings and ads for agents with great reviews and proven track records.

3. Price It Right (Goldilocks Style)

When it comes to pricing your home, it’s all about balance—not too high, not too low, but just right. Setting a fair price from the start means more eyes on your listing and a quicker sale.
